Expert Testimony

Wayne Oliver has testified before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the National Energy Board of Canada, before eleven state regulatory Commissions in the US as well as other state regulatory bodies, and before Commissions in Quebec and British Columbia. Mr. Oliver has testified primarily on the implementation of a competitive procurement process and the appropriateness of the selection of the preferred resource. He has also testified on rate issues, power market assessments, merger cases, and stranded cost calculations.
